In dense, surprising narrative style the reader is told about
culture, war, occupation, sex, love. And go.
Should a go player read this book? If you like literature, read
it and find out yourself. If you like novels about go, read First
Kyu instead. Nevertheless, go plays some role throughout Shan Sa's
book. First one might doubt: Is it merely a narrative tool?
Suddenly it becomes much more - a mirror of soul.
